How to place an order ?
In the stockist menu there is a "Order Product" menu on the menu you (stockist) can order products from our brands.
After placing an order, please immediately checkout your order. in the upper right hand corner of the order content.
Note:
- Order registration package minimum order 10 quantity
- Minimum order product order is 30 quantity
After successfully making an order, please confirm the transfer / payment confirmation of your order on the "Order List" menu
Order Confirmation
On the "Order List" menu you can confirm payment
if you have filled out the order confirmation then the status will change to "Waiting" please wait for confirmation from the admin.
if the status of your order has been "Success" then we will send your order according to the address of the delivery destination, namely the stockist address.
the shipping time depends on the courrier used.
after the goods reach the stockist's hands then do the product activation process in this case, the repeat order serial products cannot be used because they have to wait for activation from the stockist. The shipping package includes an invoice, invoice number, and secret key to be used in the product activation process
but the serial registration order will immediately enter the "Serial Registration Lists" menu. without having to do the activation, because the serial registration is ready to use.
Activate your order
for stockists who have purchased serial repeat orders, you must activate the serial list first before distributing to the market.
if not activated then the serials that are rubbed in the product packaging, cannot be used. to activate the serial list found in the "Activation Products" stockist menu
How to register a stockist address
In order for the stockist address to appear on the stockist information https://gardukita.com/stockist page please complete the stockist address data in the "Stockist Address" menu in the stockist menu
